Keith Palmer

A&P IA

Keith Palmer is a seasoned aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He holds both an A&P License with Inspection Authorization and a Private Pilot License. His expertise spans across maintenance, inspection, and technical documentation for a wide range of general aviation aircraft.

Keith has served in various roles, most recently to Palm View Aircraft as the Chief Inspector and Quality Inspector at Precision Flightline Services LLC, where he also took on responsibilities as a technician trainer and mentor. His work history includes positions at Heli-Tech Inc. and EDGE Aerodynamix, where he managed FAA compliance, supervised maintenance operations, and contributed to technical writing for Supplemental Type Certificates (STC). Additionally, Keith has a strong background in managing and inspecting flight school aircraft, performing major airframe repairs, and handling FAA compliance across multiple sectors of aviation maintenance.

Throughout his career, Keith has been recognized for his leadership and technical skills, winning the AMC MRO/OEM Class in 2014. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset in the aviation field.

Jerry Burns

A&P IA

Jerry Burns is a highly experienced A&P Mechanic with over 30 years of expertise in the maintenance and inspection of turboprop, turbojet, and piston aircraft. He holds an Inspection Authorization (IA) and has extensive experience working with engines from leading manufacturers, including Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, Rolls Royce, Garrett, Lycoming, and Continental.

Jerry’s career includes a wide range of roles and experience.  Previous to Palm View Aircraft, Jerry was with Aero Tech Service Associates, where he ensured safe maintenance practices and mentored fellow mechanics, to earlier roles with Blue Air Training and North American Surveillance Systems, where he maintained various military and civilian aircraft. He has a strong background in aircraft maintenance across different platforms, including Boeing, Lear Jet, and various rotor-wing aircraft. His hands-on experience covers everything from routine inspections to complex overhauls and modifications.

Throughout his career, Jerry has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, working on numerous high-profile projects and contracts, including supporting the U.S. military and working in challenging environments like Afghanistan. His combination of technical skill, leadership, and dedication makes him an invaluable asset to the clients of Palm View Aircraft.
